Let Data Lead provides data analytics, business intelligence, data modelling, dashboard and AI analyst consulting services. Website descriptions and demonstrations are general information. The exact scope, deliverables, timing and fees for client work are agreed separately in writing.

3. Website use

• Do not attempt to disrupt, damage or gain unauthorised access to the website or connected systems.
• Do not submit malicious code, misleading information or content that infringes another person's rights.

4. Intellectual property

The website, branding, logo, written content, visual design and demonstration materials are owned by or licensed to Let Data Lead. They may not be copied, republished or distributed without written permission, except where applicable law permits.

5. Client data and confidentiality

Access to client systems, dashboards and AI analyst workspaces may be governed by a separate agreement. You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure. Project data, confidentiality, permitted use and ownership of deliverables are defined in the applicable client agreement.

The website may use or link to third-party services such as Calendly, WhatsApp, Telegram and email providers. Their availability, content and data practices are controlled by those providers and governed by their terms.

The public website and demonstrations are provided on an as-available basis. Dashboard figures and analyst conversations shown on the site are illustrative. They are not financial, legal or other professional advice and should not be relied on as a substitute for reviewing your own verified business data.
